For those instead who prefer a run in the mountain, Santa Caterina is the ideal place, with vast tracts of plain land and ascents, along which the cross country ski tracks run in winter.

For those who love free-climbing, there is an artificial wall available, at S. Nicolò Valfurva, just a short distance from Santa Caterina, in the town gymnasium, where with the assistance of expert instructors one can practise climbing.
